Bridgeport Warehouse Fire: Massive Chicago Blaze Leaves Behind A Giant 'Ice Cube' (VIDEO, PHOTOS)
Nobody was inside the building, but one firefighter was taken to an area hospital after suffering a minor back injury. The fire's cause is under investigation.

And could have contributed strongly to that area coming back as a shopping district.
But with these temps, I'd bet on it was a homeless fire that got out of hand...the whole building inside was old wood and old varnish
