A 10-year-old girl was allegedly forced to urinate into a cup aboard a moving school bus filled with middle-school-age kids in her southwest suburban Chicago school, prompting her parents to sue to district.
The family's attorney Telly Nakos told the Sun-Times the girl asked multiple times if the bus could stop so she could use the restroom during the ride home from a Jan. 10, 2012 school field trip to a Chicago Wolves hockey game. Nakos said the bus driver called the dispatcher asking to stop but was denied, while teachers failed help.
Last year, a high school art teacher in San Diego
was placed under investigation after a 14-year-old student claimed to have been forced to urinate in a bucket inside a classroom instead of taking a bathroom break.
